The special Mastercard discount can only be obtained by paying with Mastercard credit or debit cards via the online payment link (the “Pay Now” button) included in the payment request.

Internet banking (payment to the agency’s account) is NOT card payment and will void the agreed discount!

INSURANCE

Trip cancellation insurance does not include the registration fee or other insurances.

Trip cancellation insurance cannot be purchased after the first payment has been made.

In the event of an insured claim under the insurance policy, the traveler is entitled to claim directly from the travel organizer’s insurer.

Travelers who are not Croatian citizens are not eligible to purchase insurance.

Special margin taxation procedure – travel agencies according to Article 91 of the VAT Act.

Intermediary services are exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 49 of the VAT Act.

Services rendered outside the EU are exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 93 of the VAT Act.

The tourist tax is not subject to VAT based on Article 33, Paragraph 3 of the VAT Act.

CANCELLATION

The contracted trip can be canceled by the passenger. In that case, KnockOut Travel has the right to compensation for the expenses due to the canceled trip, and the amount of expenses is determined according to the date of the passenger's cancellation, unless otherwise stated in the Offer and Contract:

• more than 89 days before departure: 50% of the reservation confirmation
• from 60 to 89 days before departure: 30% of the package price,
• from 30 to 59 days before departure: 60% of the package price,
• from 7 to 29 days before departure: 80% of the package price,
• less than 7 days before departure or after departure: 100% of the price of the / no refund of payment by the agency.
